<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for fixing an optical film to another member, particularly a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape capable of suitably fixing members to each other and suppressing distortion in an optical film, even when the amount of VOC (volatile organic compounds) is reduced and a peeling stress in a low speed region generates. <P>SOLUTION: The double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer disposed on both surfaces of a support, in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to be stuck to an optical film comprises a water dispersion type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. The composition includes an acrylic copolymer containing 50 to 98 mass% of (meth)acrylate having alkyl groups having 4 to 8 carbon atoms, 1 to 10 mass% of (meth)acrylate having alkyl groups having 2 or less carbon atoms, and 1 to 10 mass% of a carboxyl group-containing monomer. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has a gel fraction of 10 to 50%.
