<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump capable of improving reactivity and energy-saving performance upon returning to a normal operation, and to provide a method for controlling the heat pump. <P>SOLUTION: The heat pump includes: a compressor bypass valve 13 disposed in a compressor bypass line 12; a circulation pump 22 disposed in a pump bypass line 21 bypassing a part of a heat medium circulation line 8; a pump bypass valve 23 disposed in the heat medium circulation line 8 that is bypassed by the pump bypass line 21; a thermometer 9 for a high-temperature heat source, for measuring the temperature of a high-temperature heat source supplied to an evaporator 2; and a controller 15 having an operation mode switching section 17. The operation mode switching section switches into a forced circulation standby operation mode, when a detected temperature by the thermometer 9 for the high-temperature heat source is equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature upon stopping or during stopping the operation of the compressor 3, wherein the forced circulation standby operation mode includes opening the compressor bypass valve 13 and an expansion valve 5, closing the pump bypass valve 23, and starting an operation of the circulation pump 22 to forcibly circulate the heat medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
