<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer which can print a fine narrow line on, in particular, a high-viscosity resin equally in a wide range and with a stable film thickness, in screen printing, and to provide a method. <P>SOLUTION: A screen-printing stage is a sheet-shaped stage which holds a printed matter when performing screen printing. A shape of the stage is a square or a rectangle when observed from a z-direction, a shape of a cross section is a rectangle when observed from an x-direction which is orthogonal to the z-direction, a shape of the cross section observed from a y-direction which is orthogonal to the z-direction and the x-direction is formed so that a parabola with its center as an apex is embedded into the upper part of the oblong rectangle so as to be convex downwardly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
