The method involves sealing of films, into packages (15), in a sealing station (3), where sealing seams are generated. The position of the sealing seams is determined. A cutting device (4) is provided that is suitable for positioning the sealing seams. The sealing seams are detected by a seal according to a vision system, and the position of a slice image is determined in a controller (17). A reference element is generated in the sealing station by stamping or sealing characteristic. An independent claim is also included for a thermoforming packaging machine with a contour course of the sealing seams. |
