<p>The present invention relates to a method for producing a safety band, which comprises: a base material (10); and a core material (20) horizontally and integrally disposed in the base material (10). Material of the base material (10) is low strength synthetic resin, and material of the core material (20) is high strength synthetic resin, wherein the core material (20) and the base material (10) are integrally molded. The method comprises: an adhering step of integrally coupling an upper base material (11) and a lower base material (12) of the base material (10) through roller pressing, inserting the core material (20) therebetween, and adhering the same by dipping or spraying an adhesive; a pressing step of passing the adhered base material (10) and core material (20) between a pair of upper and lower rollers (31 and 32); and an air removing step of removing air by recompressing the compressed base material (10) and core material (20) through air removing upper and lower rollers (41 and 42). According to the present invention, multiple core materials of a synthetic resin material having strong strength are firstly adhered on a base material having weak strength to be passed and compressed between upper and lower rollers, so strength of an overall band can be reinforced and a lightweight and easily-usable safety band can be produced.</p> |
