<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device which prevents an imaging failure caused by non-light-emission of the light-emitting device when the light-emitting device remote-controls an imaging device. <P>SOLUTION: In a light-emitting device capable of remote control of an imaging device, control is performed so that, when the charge voltage of a main capacitor of the light-emitting device is lower than a light-emitting permission voltage, if an operation to instruct the execution of an imaging operation is received, a signal to instruct the execution of the imaging operation is not transmitted to the imaging device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
