<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide module having high reliability with less transmission loss and an electronic apparatus with the optical waveguide module. <P>SOLUTION: In an optical waveguide module 1, a light emitting element 4 with a light emitting part 411 and a light emitting element 5 with a receiver 511 are respectively connected to an optical waveguide substrate 2 having a core part 21 for transmitting light L with wiring boards 3a and 3b interposed therebetween. Each of the wiring boards 3a and 3b has a planer substrate 31 capable of transmitting the light L, a metal layer 32 arranged on the lower face (the face at the side of the optical waveguide substrate 2) of the substrate 31, having a first opening 32a and 32b capable of transmitting the light L, and a metal layer 33 arranged on the upper face (the face at the side of the light emitting element 4 or a light receiving element 5) of the substrate 31, having second openings 33a and 33b capable of transmitting the light L.
