<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable displaying guidance as to functions of an apparatus even to a user not knowing the functions of the apparatus.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus displays, on a display part (102b), guidance information on optimal operation procedures for execution of a job on the basis of an operation input inputted into an input part (102a) to execute the job. An apparatus control part (104) compares, for each operation key, the number of operation inputs to operation keys for executing the job with the number of operation inputs specified in the operation procedures in the guidance information, and, when any of the numbers of operation inputs to individual operation keys is greater than the number of operation inputs specified in the operation procedures in the guidance information or when there are inputted no operation inputs to operation keys necessary for executing the job, causes the guidance information to be displayed.</p> |
