摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a finger electrode with which a solar cell can be manufactured with high efficiency by remarkably improving productivity by preventing position displacement which may be generated when forming the finger electrode of the solar cell through multilayer printing, or omitting the time for alignment and further by decreasing manufacturing costs by omitting, as much as possible, steps to use an expensive plate having fine patterns. <P>SOLUTION: A method for forming a finger electrode on a light-receiving plane of a solar cell substrate is characterized in that, a finger foundation electrode is formed on the light-receiving plane, conductive paste which is held approximately over all the surface of a support is brought into contact with and transferred onto an upper end face of the finger foundation electrode and a laminate electrode is formed on the foundation electrode and then calcined. According to the method for forming the finger electrode in the solar cell, since alignment is not required, a production speed can be increased. Furthermore, since the paste can be transferred selectively to the foundation electrode, position displacement does not occur and a defect such as line thickening is suppressed. Moreover, since only one plate having patterns is enough, the electrode can be formed at low cost. In addition, damage to the substrate is almost eliminated and even on a substrate such s a thin substrate which easy to be broken, printing can be performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
