<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite panel having a simplified fixing structure, which allows interior and exterior finishing to be easily and promptly performed. <P>SOLUTION: A composite panel is provided with a hard material 1 having a contour shape defined by a pair of short edges 1a and 1b and a pair of long edges 1c and 1d which hold the short edges 1a and 1b between both sides and a finished outer surface, and a light-weight soft material 2 which is attached to the rear face of the hard material 1. At least one of the short edges 1a and 1b or at least one of the long edges 1c and 1d includes a folded back part composed of at least one portion in the width direction which is folded back toward the rear face of the hard material, so as to provide an engagement hook 3 which supports the hard material 1 together with the light-weight soft material 2 to a backing material 4 in conjunction with an engagement receiver 5 arranged to the backing material 4.
