<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a number of thermoformed articles of low strain and high quality, using a mold cut out from a collected structure in which initial investment such as a wooden mold can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The production method for obtaining thermoformed articles includes the following (a) to (c) steps: a step (a) of preparing a sheet made of a thermoplastic resin; a step (b) of preheating the sheet to a temperature capable of thermoforming to soften the sheet; and a step (c) of holding the softened sheet made of a thermoplastic resin, in a mold comprising a pair of male mold 141 and female mold 101 to obtain a thermoformed article 121 having a curved surface. Both of the pair of male mold and a female mold used for the step (c) have join lines by a collected structure in which a plurality of small blocks 102 are joined in the surfaces of holding parts, and when the join lines are projected to projection planes with the holding directions of the both molds as normal lines, the join lines 143 to 147 on the male mold side and the join lines 103 to 107 on the female mold side are not superimposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
