<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granule medicine excellent in shape-preservation property in a packed medicine while quickly being melted in a mouth. <P>SOLUTION: The granule medicine contains single sugar, a water-swelling substance whose swelling ratio is not higher than 30%, and a tranexamic acid.
