<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce abnormal vibration noise when external force of vibrations or the like is received. <P>SOLUTION: To a side face lower part of a monitor panel 7, the distal end part of a slider 13 is connected through a conductive elastic body 17.
