<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having suitable adhesiveness and good reworking property by suitable anchoring property to a colored layer free of vinyl chloride, while achieving reduction in VOC (volatile organic compound) or reduction in a halogen content. <P>SOLUTION: The colored pressure-sensitive adhesive tape comprises a support having a colored layer thereon and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the surface of the colored layer, in which the colored layer has a halogen content of 0.3 mass% or less and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on the surface of the colored layer is formed of a water dispersion type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. The composition includes an acrylic copolymer containing 2-ethylhexylacrylate, a carboxyl group-containing monomer and a nitrogen-containing vinyl monomer as a monomer component, with 50 to 98 mass% content of the (meth)acrylate having alkyl groups having 4 to 8 carbon atoms in the monomer component, 1 to 10 mass% content of the carboxyl group-containing monomer, and 0.1 to 5 mass% content of the nitrogen-containing vinyl monomer having an amide group.
