<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support for supporting a glass substrate which excels in heat resistance, can be peeled in a short period of time without destroying a laminated glass substrate, and is applicable to a manufacturing process under a high temperature condition such as the manufacturing of a TFT array. <P>SOLUTION: The support for laminating glass substrates on the surface of a cured silicone resin layer has a supporting substrate, and the cured silicone resin layer having a peelable surface formed at one side of the supporting substrate. The cured silicone resin layer is a cured silicone resin layer formed by curing an organopolysiloxane composition to be cured by addition reaction on the supporting substrate, and contains at least straight chain organopolysiloxane (A) having an alkenyl group, organopolysiloxane (B) having a hydrogen atom bonded to a silicon atom, and a platinum catalyst (C) where the content of the constituent (C) is 900-3,000 mass ppm in terms of platinum to a total amount of the constituent (A) and the constituent (B). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
