摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support for supporting a glass substrate which excels in heat resistance, can be peeled in a short period of time without destroying a laminated glass substrate, and is applicable to a manufacturing process under a high temperature condition such as the manufacturing of a TFT array. <P>SOLUTION: The support for laminating glass substrates on the surface of a cured silicone resin layer has a supporting substrate, and the cured silicone resin layer having a peelable surface formed at one side of the supporting substrate.
