<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel functional material by forming a nanometer size structure without utilizing a catalyst, by devising a material constituting the nanostructure. <P>SOLUTION: This nanostructure 100 includes a substrate 110, a CNW layer 120 in which a plurally of carbon nanowalls which are each a monolayer body or a multilayer body of a graphene sheet are formed on the surface of the substrate so as to be drawn in the vertical direction, and a filler 130 filled in voids 120a formed between the plurally of carbon nanowalls. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
