The present invention relates to a mold locking device for a centrifugal casting machine rapidly, easily, and firmly locking and unlocking an upper and a lower mold using a plurality of locking means. The mold locking device comprises: a disk (4) rotating at high speeds by a motor and the power transmission means; a lower mold (3) installed in an upper surface of the disk (4); an upper mold (2) separated and coupled to an upper portion of the lower mold (3); a locking means (30) rapidly and firmly locking and unlocking the coupled upper and lower molds (2, 3); and a plurality of support means (29) fixated to the disk (4), and respectively supporting the lower portion of the locking means (30).
