<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide an ice making apparatus storing produced power or a piece of ice in an ice making chamber for a long period of time to be used. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the ice making apparatus comprises: an ice making drum wherein a refrigerant circulates and rotates to freeze a film of water formed on an outer surface; a cutting blade controlling a distance from the ice making drum to cut the frozen ice into a pieces or powder; a body having the ice making chamber storing the ice making drum and the cutting blade, wherein an opening is formed on one side of the ice making chamber; a door installed in the body to open and close the opening; and an air curtain sucking a cooled air inside the ice making chamber to be injected into the opening to form the cooled air film in the opening.</p>
