<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement method capable of acquiring an exact measurement result without being influenced by frequency change due to a viscosity load of solution resulting from liquid temperature change in the case of measuring the adsorption amount of material while changing the temperature of the solution and in the case of measuring property change, such as structure change and shape change of adsorbate and solution, or material of a semi-solid, such as gel and grease as viscoelasticity change. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for bringing both sides or one side of a sensor with an electrode provided in a piezoelectric element into contact with solution to measure the amount of material adsorbed on the electrode or the amount of material dissociated from the electrode, the amount of change (ΔF<SB POS="POST">2</SB>) of F<SB POS="POST">2</SB>between half-value frequencies F<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and<SB POS="POST">2</SB>(F<SB POS="POST">2</SB>>F<SB POS="POST">1</SB>) having a conductance value being a half of the conductance value of a resonance frequency F<SB POS="POST">s</SB>in each time is measured while changing the temperature of the solution with predetermined temperature for every predetermined time and the adsorption amount of the material to be adsorbed or the material to be dissociated is measured on the basis of the amount of change (ΔF<SB POS="POST">2</SB>) of F<SB POS="POST">2</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
