Operational lever for a vehicle

The lever (6) has a handle head including a removable contact surface for a hand of an operator. Air-permeable openings are formed in the contact surface, which is partially formed as a grid. A set of bars separates the air-permeable openings from each other, where dimensions of the openings are larger than width of the bars. The openings are opened on an internal cavity, which is communicated with environment over an opening arranged at an outer side of the contact surface. Blower driving air flow is arranged at an outer side of the head, and connected with the cavity by a hollow shaft.
