Test sensor (700) including at least three independently addressable electrodes, with at least two of the electrodes being substantially chemically isolated, wherein one or more working electrodes (741-744) are combined with two or more counter electrodes (731-734). The two or more counter electrodes operate at different potentials to provide for multi-analyte electrochemical analysis.
