A broadcasting signal receiver, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: an OFDM demodulator, which OFDM demodulates PLP data and signaling information, which are included in a broadcasting signal; a MISO decoder, which MISO decodes MISO-type PLP data, included in the PLP data; a frame de-mapper, which parses a frame by cell demapping the PLP data and the signaling information; and a BICM decoder, which bit de-interleaves and FEC decodes the PLP data and the signaling information, wherein the BICM decoder includes a first BICM decoding block, which MIMO decodes first MIMO-type PLP data, included in the PLP data, and the first BICM decoding block includes a time de-interleaver, which de-interleaves the first PLP data in a time domain, a cell de-interleaver, which de-interleaves the first time-de-interleaved PLP data in cell units, and a MIMO decoder, which MIMO decodes the first cell-de-interleaved PLP data.
