<p>The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for selecting a terminal in a multiple antenna environment. The method in accordance with the present invention comprises the steps of: allowing a base station to transmit a pilot signal, determined between the base station and terminals, to each of the terminals disposed on cells of the base station; allowing the base station to respectively receive feedback data including a beam transmission angle and first signal-to-noise ratios which are extracted from the terminals based on the pilot signal; allowing the base station to select a first terminal including the highest signal-to-noise ratio by comparing the first signal-to-noise ratios included in the feedback data; allowing the base station to select candidate terminals in consideration of the beam transmission angle of the first terminal, which has been selected, and to extract second signal-to-noise ratios for each of the candidate terminals; and allowing the base station to transmit service data to a candidate terminal having the highest signal-to-noise ratio and the first terminal by extracting each signal-to-noise ratio of the candidate terminals, using the second signal-to-noise ratios.</p> |
