The present invention relates to a hot water mat capable of reducing noise and vibration. The hot water mat is heated by circulating hot water heated by a boiler part (100) to a mat part (200). The boiler part (100) comprises: a tank part (110) storing and heating received water; a pump (120) for supplying the hot water from the tank part (110) to the mat part (200); and a first automatic valve (130) and a second automatic valve (150) for controlling the flow rate of the hot water returned to the tank part (110) from the mat part (200). The hot water mat according to the present invention additionally comprises one or more among a first vibration prevention part (300) fixed on a case (190) of the boiler part (100) to prevent the vibration from being transferred to an installation surface, a second vibration prevention part (400) for preventing the vibration from being transferred between the tank part (110) and the case (190), a third vibration prevention part (500) for preventing the vibration from being transferred between the tank part (110) and the pump (120), and a fourth vibration prevention part (600) for covering the pump (120).
