PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for continuously manufacturing films having high flatness.SOLUTION: The film manufacturing method is provided for manufacturing the films by compressing a film-like molten material w2 pushed from a die exit of a T die between a pair of roll groups 20, 30. The method includes: a step of applying a first pressure preset in the center part by pressing the center part of the film-like molten material w2 at center part compressing roll surface parts 22, 32 of main rolls 21, 31 included in the pair of roll groups 20, 30; and a step of applying a second pressure lower than the first pressure by pressing the end of the film-like molten material w2 in the width direction at the end compressing roll surface parts 42, 52 of auxiliary rolls 41, 51. |
