摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object detection sensor capable of detecting an intrusion object by discriminating the intrusion object from oscillation of an existing object, while suppressing erroneous detection of the intrusion object due to oscillation of the existing object. <P>SOLUTION: An object detection sensor 2 includes: a detection part 21 for generating distance measurement data associating a plurality of scanning azimuths with distances up to respective corresponding objects of the plurality of scanning azimuths for every scanning by periodically scanning search signals from one end to the other end in a monitoring area and receiving the search signal reflected by an object existing in the monitoring area; a feature extraction part 241 for calculating distance change amount between first distance measurement data and second distance measurement data generated in the past prior to the first distance measurement data for each of the plurality of scanning azimuths; a distributed processing part 242 for calculating the degree of variations of the distance change amount in a prescribed period for each of the plurality of the scanning azimuths; and an oscillating area deciding part 244 for detecting the scanning azimuth included in an oscillating area where an oscillating existing object exists of the plurality of scanning azimuths according to the degree of variations. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
