1. An attenuator comprising:
a first portion including a first insulating substrate and a resistor section formed on the first insulating substrate; and a second portion including a second insulating substrate and a terminal section, the second insulating substrate being separated from the first insulating substrate, and the terminal section being formed on the second insulating substrate to be connected to the resistor section, wherein the terminal section includes a first terminal and a second terminal, and wherein the resistor section includes a first resistor, a second resistor and a third resistor, the first resistor being connected between the first and second terminals, one end of the second resistor being connected to the first terminal, one end of the third resistor being connected to the second terminal, the other end of each of the second and third resistors being grounded. |
