a valve ring including a link bore and a damper bore; a link including:
a ring bore with a ring bore axis;a mount bore; anda first end with an end curvature;wherein the link is attached to the valve ring at the link bore through the ring bore; and a damper including:
an attachment bore with an attachment bore axis;wherein the damper is attached to the valve ring at the damper bore through the attachment bore; wherein the ring bore axis and the attachment bore axis are substantially parallel.
