A polymeric structure comprising a hydroxyl polymer and a sulfosuccinate, wherein the polymeric structure exhibits an initial total wet tensile of at least 1.18 g/cm as measured according to the Initial Total Wet Tensile Test Method, wherein the hydroxyl polymer comprises a hydroxyl polymer selected from the group consisting of starch, starch derivatives, cellulose derivatives, chitosan, chitosan derivatives, polyvinylalcohols, gums, arabinans, galactans, proteins and mixtures thereof.
