The present invention relates to a table with integrated foldable chairs capable of easily controlling a rotating force of the chairs and, more specifically, relates to a table with integrated foldable chairs capable of easily controlling a rotating force of the chairs capable of preventing damage to the chairs and table due to an excessive rotating force or accidents that the rotating chairs hit a user by controlling the rotating force of the chairs being restored when the chairs are automatically rotated and folded inwards to the table by a folding means. Namely, in the table with the integrated foldable chairs composed of a table body supporting the table using supporters and the rotary-foldable chairs installed under the table body, the present invention includes rotary-foldable members between the supporters and the chairs. The rotary-foldable members are composed of a fixed bracket fixated to one side of the supporter; a rotary housing installed inside the fixed bracket; the folding means installed inside the rotary housing, generating a rotating force; housing caps fitted into and fixated to an upper and a lower part of the rotary housing; contact plates installed to adhere to an outer surface of the housing caps; fixing members fixating the contact plates to the fixed bracket; and a pressing member joined to the fixed bracket, controlling a frictional force generated by adhering the contact plates to the fixed bracket.
