<p>The present invention relates to a knife grinding device including a driving shaft connected to a motor shaft. First and second grinding stones are inserted into the driving shaft and joined to each other. First and second grinding surfaces are formed in the outer sides of surfaces of the first and second grinding stones facing each other to be inclined so that a knife blade inserted between the first and second grinding surfaces meets with the grinding surfaces. Accordingly, both surfaces of the knife blade are precisely ground at the same time. In addition, a space unit is formed on the center of the second grinding stone when installing a spring applying an elastic force to a direction where the first and second grinding stones adheres to each other is installed in the outer side of the second grinding stone so that the second grinding stone moves closer to the first grinding stone as much as the first and second grinding surfaces are worn. Accordingly, the grinding space between the first and second grinding surfaces is constantly maintained. Therefore, the present invention is capable of remarkably reducing time required for grinding a knife by grinding both surfaces of the knife blade at the same time at one go even though the composition is simple, easily grinding the knife by automatically grinding the knife blade when the knife blade is inserted between the first and second grinding surfaces, and improving the durability of the grinding stones by moving the grinding stones closer to each other even though the grinding surfaces are worn to maintain the grinding space.</p> |
