The present invention relates to a thermal shock and a vibration damping block-100A including a cup-shaped elastic body (10), a cushioning material (20), and an uneven hypocaust unit (30). The thermal shock and vibration damping block-100A comprises the steps of: manufacturing the cup-shaped elastic body (10); manufacturing the cushioning material (20) by making one material from PE, EVA, EPP, EPS, urethane, and sponges foam in a mold; manufacturing the uneven hypocaust unit (30) having a predetermined thickness through plastic injection, wherein a plurality of hot water pipe protective posts (32) protrudes upwards from a top of a square flat part (31); manufacturing an elastic body buried cushioning body (X) by inserting and attaching the cup-shaped elastic body (10) into a plurality cup-shaped elastic body insertion grooves (a) of the cushioning material (20); and attaching a bottom of the uneven hypocaust unit (30) to a top of the elastic body buried cushioning body (X) after applying an adhesive to the top of the elastic body buried cushioning body (X). |
