<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a double container manufactured by bonding an outer container and an inner container made of different materials. In the method for manufacturing a double container, the outer container is manufactured by injection molding a base resin, a synthetic resin material and the inner container is manufactured by: a cutting step of cutting a stainless steel panel into a bottom plate and a body plate; a body part manufacturing step of cylindrically rolling the body plate manufactured by the cutting step and then welding both ends of the body plate to each other to form a cylindrical body part; a bonding step of welding a portion where the edge of the bottom plate manufactured in the cutting step and the bottom of the cylindrical body part manufactured in the body part manufacturing step to form the inner container; and a polishing step of polishing the welded portions between the both ends of the body plate and between the body part and the bottom plate. The double container is manufactured by bonding the inner and outer containers to each other after receiving the inner container in the outer container. The present invention can prevent the deformation of the container due to an injection pressure in existing double injection molding or the deformation of the container due to tensile force generated by the unique tensile force of stainless steel in press molding and can manufacture a large container.</p> |
