<p>A strength estimation apparatus using ultrasonic waves according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an ultrasonic wave transmitting part for irradiating ultrasonic waves to an object to be tested; an ultrasonic wave receiving part for receiving the ultrasonic waves from the object; and a control part which acquires a first ultrasonic nonlinear parameter, a second ultrasonic nonlinear parameter and a second elastic coefficient by controlling the ultrasonic wave transmitting part and the ultrasonic wave receiving part, and acquires a third elastic coefficient and a fourth elastic coefficient using the first ultrasonic nonlinear parameter, the second ultrasonic nonlinear parameter and the second elastic coefficient, and estimates at least one of tensile strength and yield strength using a tensile curve by acquiring the tensile curve using the second elastic coefficient, the third elastic coefficient and the fourth elastic coefficient or acquiring the tensile curve using the second elastic coefficient, the first ultrasonic nonlinear parameter and the second ultrasonic nonlinear parameter.</p> |
