FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for introduction of surgical circular sewing instrument, which has sewing head, holding ring-shaped cartridge with staples inside, into patient's organism. Introducer contains hollow envelope. Hollow envelope has open proximal end and distal end. Size of proximal end makes it possible to introduce it above, at least, distal part of sewing head. Distal end forms amortisation section, protruding on circumference perimeter, which covers distal surface of ring-shaped cartridge with staples and passes above plane formed by distal surface of cartridge with staples. As a result sewing devices can be brought in action via envelope element. Remnants of envelope element are extracted from patient's organism together with sewing head.EFFECT: improvement of construction.9 cl, 46 dwg |
