FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking, particularly, to production of wood chips. Chips crushing process is performed with the help of breaker. Breaking tools are arranged at the angle between orientation of fibres and breaker side surface facing the chips making 75 to 105 degrees which causes axial compression and cracking of chips. In production of processed wood chips the latter are subjected to preliminary processing with the help of squeezing screw. Water, chemicals or ferments are added to said chips , at least, one process stage in preliminary chips-steaming, chips-steaming, preliminary heating of chips or in chips refining. In production of processed wood chips, continuous or intermittent boiling of chemical cellulose from chips is performed.EFFECT: higher quality of chips.10 cl, 8 dwg |
