FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: diesel internal combustion engine contains a crankshaft with the driving sprocket, the gas distribution system implemented in the head of cylinders, which in turn, contains the inlet system with the inlet branch pipe, system for exhaust of combustion products, at least one cylinder with the piston installed in it and the fuel nozzle, note that upstream the inlet system the tight butterfly valve is installed, and the inlet branch pipe contains the oxidizer nozzle to which the oxidizer supply pipeline is connected, and the ballast product nozzle to which the ballast product supply pipeline is connected, and the fuel supply pipeline is connected to each fuel nozzle through the distributor. The diesel internal combustion engine may contain a control unit. The oxidizer, combustible and ballast product supply pipelines are connected with outlets from the pump unit which is comprised by oxidizer, combustible and ballast product pumps with the common shaft which in turn is connected to the drive. An electric motor can be used as the drive.
