FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and deals with a method of treating or preventing RHD, associated with GAS infection, which includes the introduction to a patient of at least one GAS antigen, selected from a group, including amino acid sequences SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 or their functional equivalents.
