FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to woodworking, particularly, to production of wood boards. In compliance with this process, wood particles are mixed in mixer with water-solidified binder. Moisture is added to wood particles in wetting device arranged outside said mixer. Wood particles are distributed before their feed to wetting channel across the spinning distributor located above said wetting channel. Lignocellulose article is formed by compaction and solidification of wood particles. Proposed device comprises mixer for mixing of particles with binder, wetting device for addition of water to particles from outside and spinning distributor for crosswise distribution of particles ahead of their entry to vertical wetting channel of wetting device.EFFECT: higher efficiency, simplified process.16 cl, 4 dwg |
