FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to forming of pipe side surface branches and can be used for fabrication of thin-wall tee-bands from pipe blanks. This method comprises forming of the branch on pipe blank side surfaces by internal pressure of preset magnitude at simultaneous axial compression of the blank, boring blank bottom and flanging by tiff male die. Bore diameter is specified by mathematical relationship. After fitting of stiff male die in bore of branch inside, bore flanging is performed at simultaneous axial compression of the blank by application of excess pressure set by mathematical relationship.EFFECT: higher efficiency of the process.3 dwg
