<p>Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a mount for a vehicle, which can reduce costs and time required for manufacturing a mount for a vehicle as a plastic structure is unnecessary in case of manufacturing a mount for a vehicle, and can reduce thermosetting residual stress generated in a rubber elastic body in a curing process for durability of a mount for a vehicle to be excellent. The method for manufacturing a mount for a vehicle comprises steps of: preparing a mount core which has an opening for expansion and a pair of variable units arranged in both sides of the opening for expansion; enabling the mount core to be elastically supported inside an accommodating unit by bonding a facing surface wherein an external side surface of both sides of the variable units and the rubber elastic body between inner circumferential surfaces of the accommodating unit of a housing are arranged; and expanding the opening compressing the rubber elastic body between the external side surface of both sides of the variable units and the inner circumferential surfaces of the accommodating unit by expanding the opening for expansion.</p> |
