The composition also contains an additional elastomer with a high T, the glass transition point (T) of which is higher than -35° and which is selected from a group consisting of SBR, and epoxidated natural rubber, and mixtures of said elastomers. The invention also describes a pneumatic radial car tyre. The tyre consists of crown over the tyre tread, two inextensible shoulders, sidewalls and carcass ply.
