FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: vibroinsulator comprises case, base, spring, top and bottom string stroke limiters made of elastomer and threaded bush. Case is rigidly coupled with the base composed by round thrust bearing. Cylindrical spring stroke bottom limiter with axial cylinder-taper hole rests on said thrust bearing. Spring interacts with said top and bottom limiters via bottom thrust barrel and top spring female cover rigidly coupled with threaded bush. Damper is secured to case base by top pressure plate. Damper comprises gauze flexible element locked by top and bottom washers to rest on the bed. Said bed is composed by plate with fastening bores. Bottom washer is coupled with said bed. Top pressure washer is connected with central ring with female ring aligned therewith and connected with the bed. Resilient gauze element is combined by gauze carcass filled with polyurethane. Taper spring is filled with polyurethane.EFFECT: efficient damping in resonance mode, simplified design and assembly.1 dwg |
