FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to acceleration engineering. HF resonator contains the chamber the conducting wall (15) around the chamber which has inner (19) and outer sides (17), and the switching device with a set of solid-state switches (29) which are located along the perimeter of the wall (15) around the chamber, and the solid-state switches (29) are connected with the conducted wall (15) in such a way that at activation of the switching device HF currents are induced in the conducting wall (15) due to that the power is supplied into the chamber of HF resonator (11), and on the outer side (17) of the conducting wall (15) along HF resonator (11) perimeter the screening device (33, 37, 39, 41, 43) is provisioned, which increases the impedance of the path of distribution of HF currents along the wall (15) outer side (17) so that HF currents penetrated into the wall (15) are suppressed on outer side (17) of the wall (15).
