Disclosed are a system and method for compensating a motor torque of a green car. System and method for compensating a motor torque of a green car, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a motor demagnetization state sensing unit for determining demagnetization state of a motor by measuring the motor counter electromotive force of a eco-friendly car on a real-time; a current instruction map which outputs a current instruction using the motor counter electromotive force; and a motor current control unit to compensate for the torque by augmenting the intensity of the current instruction based on the demagnetization state of the motor.
