Disclosed is a system for establishing a Korean knowledge base. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for establishing a Korean knowledge base comprises: a Korean knowledge base configuration unit which generates first knowledge data in accordance with a first rule based on a Korean document of a Wiki server and stores the same in a Korean knowledge base; a foreign language knowledge base configuration unit which generates second knowledge data in accordance with a second rule based on a foreign language document of the Wiki server and stores the same in a foreign language knowledge base; and a Korean knowledge base reinforcement unit which generates third knowledge data based on a third rule from the first and the second knowledge data, saves the same in the Korean knowledge base and reinforces the first knowledge data.
