FIELD: heating.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to equipment for intensive, uniform heating of cereals and mixed fodder. Microniser includes bearing frame, vibration conveyor, lifting device, three sections of infrared emitters with individual screens. Vibration conveyor is a flat chute mounted in the bearing frame on spring shock absorbers. Side walls of vibration conveyor bear vibration motors and lifting device regulating conveyor tilt angle. Infrared gas burner units are installed above the vibration conveyor so that their emitting surfaces lie in the same plane and are directed to the chute bottom.EFFECT: extended range of high-quality mixed fodder production.7 dwg |
