FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: LP part of the stem pressure includes turbine casing with condenser, rotor with work blades of stages, installed in casing rims of the diaphragms equipped with guide vales and aprons of the seals, and partition separating the peripheral part behind the last stage from the entry to the condenser. There is drainage in form of the holes in the bottom part of the casing. In rims between the guide vanes there are radial holes. Slots are made between the rims and aprons of the seals. Between the aprons and ends of the work blades there are sealing gaps. In bottom part of the partition there is drain hole, and along the periphery the output holes are made. The drain pipe is connected with the drain hole, the pipe is inserted under the condensate level. The pipe height exceeds depression value in the peripheral part in mHO. The output holes are provided with check valves.EFFECT: reliability and economical efficiency of the steam turbine at low steam flowrate in LP cylinder due to prevention of the possibility of ingress of the erosion dangerous moisture from the condenser in the stage via the peripheral holes, and due to keeping of the chamber drainage before the stage within the full range of the steam work flowrates, including starting and low flowrate modes.1 dwg |
