FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sprayers of fluids and solutions and can be used for spraying drying in food, pharmaceutical, oil and chemical industries to up the spraying efficiency. Radiator of this sprayer is installed on mixing chamber bottom. Gas transfer pipe is located at chamber top and provided with fan. Fluid feed pipe is located at chamber bottom. Spayed fluid outlet pipe is arranged at chamber top section, opposite the gas transfer pipe. Outlet pipe is provided with limiting plate following the shape of pipe cross-section and arranged at its bottom section to adjust the plate height relative to sol flow.EFFECT: higher efficiency of sprayer thanks to adequate sizing of particles of sprayed fluid for further drying to get finished powder with uniform dispersion of 1-4 mcm.2 dwg |
