The invention relates to sewing machine as one of the most important tools in the dress manufacturing companies. One of its essentials parts is the controller which operates the sewing machine. The present technology, sewing machine controller, has electric foot pedal that creates numbness of feet when used for a long period of time. The problem that should be solved is the numbness of the feet, and a technology can be operated by different knee height. It concerned generally to the techniques for controlling the start/stop of motor attached in sewing machine that become more ameliorating performance. In solving the problem based on analysis of the fielddata foe an actual product of an electronic foot pedal controller, it limits only on the controller of start/stop of the sewing machine. The important variable that the invention controls is the different knee heights of the sewer. Because of the problen from the existing technology, the technology will solve the proble using knee-operated sewing machine (10). The scope of this technology is from the design and construction of the technology, which limits only on a table type sewing machine. This technology is used as a switching device of the sewing machine to eliminate the numbness of the sewers feet while sewing. This knee-operated switching device is faster because the sewer has less rest in sewing and comfortable to the sewers'lower extremities. |
